Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24 September 2026
Usratul Quraniyya Online Quran Academy ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Enrollment requests: student and parent names, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, age group, Quran level, chosen subjects, preferred schedule and any notes you share. If you choose a portal password, we store only a secure one-way hash of it, never the password itself.
- Contact messages: your name, email, optional phone number and your message.
- Newsletter: your email address.
- Campaign information: if you arrive through a link with UTM parameters (for example from social media), we save those parameters with your form so we know which channels help families find us.
- Technical data: our web server keeps standard logs (such as IP address, browser and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
How we use your information
- To reply to your questions and process your enrollment.
- To arrange lessons, timetables and your student portal account.
- To send class updates and Quran learning tips if you subscribe to our newsletter.
- To protect the website against spam and abuse.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Children's information
Children should be enrolled by a parent or guardian. Parents can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete their child's information.
How long we keep information
We keep enrollment and contact information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or unsubscribe from our newsletter, by emailing support@usratulquraniyya.com.
